Dashboards are more than ever the critical tool to transfer data into information.

As senior project controller responsible for the execution of the following tasks:
- From a financial expertise being a co-pilot for the different Program/Project teams in relation to time, expenditure and quality
- Budget control, Cash flow prognoses, KPI-reporting, Project forecasting for all strategic programs/projects
- Support in preparing Business Cases and Investment requests
- Analysis and follow-up to mitigate possible financial risks
- Development and implementation of a project management system
- Administrative organisation and internal control in relation to projects
- Periodic management reporting
