I am an experienced finance professional within Finance, Accounting & Control. 20 years of accounting & finance experience. Masters degree in Management Accounting & Control. Did a full implementation of JD Edwards/ Hyperion, very familiar with both systems (SDL 2017/2018) work with Peoplesoft, almost the same as JD Edwards. Fluently in English/ Dutch/French/German. Very resilient to stress, dynamics and flexible.
At KPMG I was tested on different management styles, Red/yellow/Green/Blue. I achieved a unique result my test score was every style I scored approximately 25%. This means that everybody I work with / or I am their manager this person receives the appropriate style they desire.
I was a founder/ owner for 6 years Accounting & Tax Office with 3 branches in 2 countries / 2 continents. I close the month-end within 3 days.
For the past 20 years years I can do below requirements: Hands-on or as a manager. Both SDL& Logistyx started out as hands-on and then hire people to do the job and move to a new role.
