I am a financial interim specialist. I like to get down to work, want to meet my deadlines and help others with, or provide, the right information and tools to add value for the customer. It makes me happy to structure and optimize (existing) processes and have the contacts with various stakeholders. I also get energy from daily operational tasks that simply have to be done.
I have an ample job profile; for example, I was Team Leader / Head of FA, project and portfolio controller and I have broad experience as a senior PMO on large IT programs, particularly in the financial sector. I have an affinity with IT and I easily work with various software (packages) that you come across in the market. I also have a lot of experience in administering, so I still serve a number of (SME) customers and I make VAT returns and annual accounts for them.
Recently I was able to successfully complete the Egowise Personal Leadership course, based on the Enneagram, the innovation circle and finding the right team flow. This has again given me many insights into my own personality and its influence on others. I look forward to expanding this and to continue to develop myself, but also to transfer this to others.

Tijdens het transitie programma van faculteiten naar academievorming heb ik de dagelijkse ondersteuning gedaan op de 4 deelprojecten. Dit ging om planning, geld en middelen en het opstellen van managementrapportages. Ook de inhuur en inzet van externe medewerkers werd door mij verzorgd. Voor het aanpassen van ruim 100 IT systemen heb ik draaiboeken opgesteld en releasemanagement verzorgd. Momenteel in de afrondende (parttime) fase van het programma.
