Senior Specialist Accountant
All financial administrations in the Netherlands are merged into a Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC). The FSSC is an independent service unit. Important pillars for the new organization are efficiency, quality, service, continuous process improvement and innovation. The FSSC has a process-oriented organizational structure and the aim is to standardize the way of working as much as possible.
At our FSSC in Wolvega (the Netherlands), we are looking for an interim Senior Specialist Accountant for our RtR General Accounting team.
The Senior within the RtR General Accounting team is responsible for the execution on the General Accounting department of two major projects and reports to the Team Manager RtR General Accounting. The purpose of the role is to participate in the normal daily operations and to manage and implement changes in operational processes as a consequence of the projects. The use of Continuous Improvement / LEAN, KPI’s/OPI’s, visual management is key to improve processes.
